Vinay Chordia

CA VINAY CHORDIA is a Fellow Chartered Accountant in practice since 2011. He is also a qualified Company Secretary and a law graduate. He has started his independent practice and is the Managing Partner of M/s. Vinay Chordia And Associates, Chartered Accountants.

He has over a decade of experience in handling matters related to Indirect Tax in Compliance, Advisory and Litigation matters. He also has rich experience in representing clients across various authorities such as Appellate Authorities, Tribunals, Authority of Advance Ruling(AAR), National Anti-Profiteering Authority (NAA), Director General of GST Intelligence(DGGI), Director General of Anti profiteering(DGAP) etc.

He has successfully argued before various authorities including the Authority of Advance ruling (AAR) and has received various favourable rulings for his client. He has advised various Companies including foreign companies in sectors like manufacturing, Automobiles, Real Estate, Hospitality, Jewellery, Wholesale, and retail business etc.

He has a deep understanding of not just the tax laws but also of the various business dynamics as well as technological challenges that helps in rendering effective advice to the clients. He is a passionate chartered accountant with keen interest in technology, Business process automation etc.
